Northern Rise Village Services (owned by Sirrom Corporation) is a leading provider of hospitality services to the resource and construction sector. Established in 2013, we have a presence in multiple remote locations throughout Australia.
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Mobilisation Officer to join the Northern Rise Remote Village Services team in our Perth office. Working Monday to Friday, you will provide support to our mine-site village operations throughout Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
In this autonomous role, you will be able to work unsupervised, make decisions and troubleshoot to deliver staffing requirements to site.
Duties for this position include:
- On boarding process for all new personnel ensuring qualifications and training are compliant with site requirements
- Processing of all new starter paperwork in a timely manner
- Liaising, allocating and mobilising staff for relief site coverage
- Booking flights and transport to site
- Maintaining compliance with client site entry requirements
- Ensuring site requests are in line with project scopes
- General administration duties as required
To be considered for this position it would be desirable that you have:
- Administration and / or mobilisation experience
- Ability to work towards stringent deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- High level of interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ideally the successful candidate would be available to start at short notice. Training on our current systems and processes will be provided. This is a permanent position, working at our head office located in Burswood.
