As the ICT PMO Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the delivery of CleanCo's ICT projects by maintaining and improving a standardised project management approach. You will be responsible for overseeing the adherence to project management frameworks, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with CleanCo's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) frameworks.

This role will provide oversight, high-level coordination, and management support to the ICT portfolio. You will work closely with other department leaders to ensure a standardised project management system is maintained and developed and that projects are delivered in a manner that is compliant with the delivery framework. 

• Proven ability to provide high level advice and project management expertise for introducing new technology initiatives, programs, and projects to achieve required business outcomes 
• Proven ability to provide high level project management, leadership and policy advice including defining, development, implementation, and management of key business projects 
• Proven strong organisational skills, specifically the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritise commitments and meet critical deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to advise projects in a diverse multi-stakeholder environment
• High level leadership and resource management skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team within a complex business environment 
• Ability to understand, analyse and interpret policies, legislation, business plans and financial reports
• Strong written communication skills with a proven ability to develop complex reports, submissions, and correspondence
• High level knowledge of quality assurance and risk management as it applies to Program Management, IT systems and technology infrastructure
• Demonstrated high level knowledge of best practice project management methodologies and their practical utilisation to deliver successful outcomes
