About the Role
The ICT Project Support Analyst provides support to the ICT team, includes working closely with the Solution Architecture team, other stakeholders, business users or projects at any stage from concept to delivery, including journey mapping, technical and business requirements gathering, business process mapping, and creating functional specification documents, test plans, and scripts and other tasks as required. Strong working knowledge of ICT systems is essential to this position to support system and application change management. This position will support the wider ICT team where operationally required.

MANDATORY
1. Relevant qualification or prior experience in a related field.
2. Strong experience and practical use of systems and applications and processes within a healthcare setting.
3. Strong process understanding in relation to patient care and service delivery of services offered by health service.
4. Experience in data modelling, user journeys, process design/mapping, current state and gap analysis.
5. Strong administration, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive
relationships within internal and external stakeholders.
DESIRABLE
6. Previous experience in business analysis in business ICT requirement gathering and improvement initiatives.
7. Ability to identify and create data in various formats.
8. Proven experience in creation of training materials and delivery of training to users of multiple levels.
9. Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in strong, collaborative team environments, with the ability to effectively
manage competing project demands/timelines.
10. Experience in understanding systems in order to develop test scenarios and test cases.
11. Advanced competency in the use of the MS Office suite, including Teams, One Drive, Sharepoint, etc.
