Purpose of the Position
As an ICT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the client requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. You will also develop and maintain relationships with Engagement Managers and/or Hiring Managers and the candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process value chain and communication with Senior Management and the Clients
- Attend Job briefing sessions, understand the client's resourcing plan, create and manage strategic account plans and create requirements descriptions
- Manage and organise Job boards - Job advertisements and Application Tracking System
- Manage new staff and consultants' onboarding and training process
- Headhunting using advanced search and engagement tools
- Develop structured and detailed data management processes and systems
- Provide relevant management reporting and information as required
- Understand the market and competition for recruitment
- Build and manage a database and pipeline of recruitment leads to ensure dynamic responses to client needs
- Manage candidate lifecycle using the ATS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data and reports
- Anything else reasonably required by the Directors from time to time
- Relevant targets around timeliness and effectiveness of recruitment and placement of positions
- Program and project delivery KPIs
- Management and maintenance of relevant databases
- Customer and contractor satisfaction measures
- 360-degree feedback to constantly improve the performance of the overall team
- Ensure all regular and ad-hoc reports are submitted on time

Key Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end IT/ICT recruitment
- Local market knowledge and experience
- Ability to build strong working relationships with candidates and clients
- Self-managed with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, with flexibility to meet work demands
- Strong work ethic coupled with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to use social media platforms and Boolean String Search techniques to source candidates
- An understanding of and experience in the ICT industry
- Good planning, organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrate behaviours that uphold Concert culture and values
