Position Summary
The Allocations Consultant purpose is to allocate suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill bookings for contract staff received from Alliance Nursing's clientele.The Allocations Consultant provides friendly customer service from first point of contact through to all stages of follow up contributing to an effective, quality team achieving set targets/KPI's.
Key Accountabilities
• Provision of friendly and efficient customer service
• Answer telephone, email and SMS' courteously and promptly
• Record bookings from clients in RMS
• Utilise the app to push bookings out to candidates and fill maximum shifts. Ensure app is targeting appropriately qualified candidates (escalate if not).
• Fill bookings with the most appropriate candidate to maximise shifts/hours worked.
• Provide clients with accurate details of the candidate/s booked at their facility
• Update clients/candidates in a timely manner of any changes to bookings including candidate availability
• Proactively reverse-market candidates with clients and seek repeat bookings.
• Negotiate with clients and candidates to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Record and proactively seek candidate availabilit Utilize the most appropriate and effective way to communicate with candidates, whether this is direct call, SMS, Email or via the App
• Ensure all notes are entered into the RMS appropriately and accurately on a timely basis
• Build rapport with clients and candidates to encourage further business, maximise shifts filled, repeat bookings and overall profitability
• Record all incidents experienced by candidates (inc. safety, workplace, process, management etc) within incident management system as per policy
• Client visits and completion of WHS checklists as required
• Collaborate with all departments in branch to contribute to overall success and a positive work culture
• Participate in meetings as required
• Meet targets/KPI's as set
• Other duties as directed
Essential Requirements
• Familiarity with technology systems CRM (phone, email excel, word etc). Ability to utilise electronic phone and booking Record Management Systems preferred.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder (both internal and external) engagement skills
