We are seeking an ICT Service Delivery Manager to join our high-performing ICT Services team. This role will lead the ICT Support function, delivering essential ICT services to students, staff, and parents at the College. Reporting to the Director of ICT Services, this hands-on position ensures the delivery of frontline services to the highest standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrable experience in managing a small team and leading by example with a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, technical expertise, experience in various ICT systems, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience using and supporting Apple devices is also desired.
We are looking for someone passionate about ICT support who understands the importance of communication in this process. The ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents is integral to success in this role.
The ICT Services Manager is a full-time position, based at our Kent Town campus.
