About the Role
The role is responsible for providing initial information and/or technical assistance to DFES Staff to ensure they can access ICT services and resources required for their work. Where the level of advice or support required is high level, they will liaise with other resolver groups for resolution as required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, have excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of ICT systems. It is desirable that the candidate is certified in ITIL (v3 minimum) and has experience working within this environment.

Eligibility To Apply
