Key Responsibilities Provide level 1 technical support as the shared first point of contact (Helpdesk) for all the School's user's ICT needs. Achieve client satisfaction through the provision of reliable resolutions to ensure minimal disruptions to the classroom learning experience and work arena. Achieve KPI’s targeted at attaining reliable 1st level resolution and customer satisfaction through the prioritisation of tasks, fast resolution to problems and appropriate escalations. Assist in providing instruction and tuition to all levels of users and actively seek opportunities to engage with clients, with a view to continually building strong co-operative relationships with the department’s clientele.
