Customer Support Officer
Fixed term role – 8 months, full time

The Opportunity
Due to an internal transfer, an opportunity has arisen to join our team for an 8 month period. This role plays a key part in the smooth running of our front of house activities. You will often be the first point of contact with Hobart Airport for many of our customers, contractors and stakeholders both in person and on the phone. Your primary objective is to give exceptional service.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes and experience:
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft suite)
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- A great attitude
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative.
