As an ICT School Support Officer, you'll be the bridge between technology and education, troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and ensuring seamless integration of technology in the learning environment. You'll be required to travel between schools to provide these services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with students, teachers, and school staff to understand and address their ICT needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance on hardware, software, and digital tools.
- Conduct training sessions to empower users in leveraging technology for educational purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ICT-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools.
- Previous experience working in schools or the education sector ICT divisions will be highly desireable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work 38 hours every week and have full time working rights.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting ICT issues.
- Ability to travel to various schools on a daily basis (based in your region).
