From our centre teams to our support teams, we work together to make a real difference for children in those crucial early years.The role of ICT Support Administrator involves ensuring that our systems operate effectively to meet the growing demands of our business. This entails investigating application issues, devising and implementing solutions, or specifying requirements for other stakeholders to address.Joining our team means being part of a customer-centric culture that aligns with the core values of Goodstart.The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions through configuration changes, data corrections, and other administrative actions.
- Update system access configurations to ensure appropriate user permissions.
- Monitor system performance to ensure it meets user requirements, intervening as necessary to maintain optimal operation.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to address system-related challenges and implement improvements.
- Foster stakeholder relationships across customers, peers, and suppliers to identify system-related issues and opportunities for enhancement.
- Conduct knowledge management activities to facilitate comprehensive understanding of system operations among team members and stakeholders.
- Utilise Service Management processes such as Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management to promptly and effectively respond to requests
- Monitor ticket queues associated with supported systems, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of ticket statuses
- Generate release notes following planned vendor deployments to document system changes and updates
- 2-3 years experience in a technical support role in CCMS preferred.
- Tertiary qualification involving technology desirable.
- Exposure to Azure Devops or AWS desirable
- SQL skills desirable.
