- Data entry, filing, scanning, and sorting of paperwork
- Administrative duties
- Answering phones and responding to emails - Bookings & Customer service
- Liaising with management, drivers and other administration staff
- A high level of attention to detail for correct data entry
- Experience within the transport sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service
- Capable of working in a team and autonomously
