Role Overview:
Join UnitingSA's Information & Digital Technology team as the ICT Systems Support Officer! Drive daily operations, provide user support, manage systems, and ensure a secure computing environment. Handle incidents, configure users, administer security, support LAN/WAN, manage desktop equipment, and oversee software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ICT support to UnitingSA staff per policies, and procedures.
- Log all tasks in the job ticketing system
- Maintain UnitingSA user accounts in Active Directory and M365.
- Microsoft Exchange management tasks
- Multifactor setup and management for end users
- Assist in ordering, configuring, installing, and decommissioning equipment.
- Provide all customer service in a respectful, courteous and helpful manner
- Complete tasks accurately, in an efficient, effective and timely manner
- Managed a busy help desk/service desk, gaining practical experience.
- Installed, supported, and maintained hardware/software in intricate Windows, LAN, and Server setups, resolving issues.
- Utilised tools like Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and Printing Services in Windows Server environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows 10/11, MS Office, and M365 on Desktops.
- Administered Microsoft Exchange, handling user management tasks.
- Provided exceptional customer service with adept skills.
- Communicated effectively and actively listened to users' needs.
- Advanced problem-solving skills across diverse hardware and software applications.
