About the role:
The Administration Support Officer will provide a high level of administrative support to the Technical and Infrastructure Services Directorate and will engage with multiple teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Technical and Infrastructure Services Directorate.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Proven experience in providing Administration Support to Senior Management and working collaboratively in a team.
- High level of oral, written and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders and resolve conflict.
- High standard administration skills, including the proficient use of Microsoft Office software (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook) and an ability to learn new software.
- Experience in finance processes including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use own initiative and to work unsupervised, whilst prioritising workloads and deadlines.
It would be desirable if you also possessed:
- Working knowledge of TechnologyOne systems.
- Previous experience living and/or working in remote Australian First Nations’ communities.
- Demonstrated high level of cross-cultural awareness to ensure effective participation in a multi-cultural workplace.
- Awareness of issues affecting First Nations People in Australia.

What you'll get in return:
Full Time Permanent employment.
Level 4: Salary $70,893 - $77,467 (excluding super and locality allowance) with annual wage increase opportunities built into our EBA.
You will also benefit from 6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
