Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. Our delivery of high-quality work within the oil and gas sector had earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationships with some of the industry’s leading operators.

We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Site Administrator. This position is a full-time permanent role based in Darwin.

What you will be doing

  • Provide high quality administrative support.

  • Complete general administration including but not limited to assisting with PPE, processing site documents, payroll queries, and time sheeting.

  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stake holders.

  • Assist with all aspects of on-boarding and mobilisation of new employees.

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence.

  • Organising catering, room and presentation set up and support.

What you will bring

  • Administration skills with a high level of organisation

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite
  • The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment\
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
