Red Centre Technology Partners is seeking an IT Technician to join our IT Field Services Division, providing customers with desktop support services.
The role entails
- Providing our clients with quality customer service that works in line with the company’s core goals and values
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers
- Supporting customers whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Efficiently and effectively communicate with clients on a day to day basis
Requirements
- Previous experience as an IT Technician
- Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, customer service driven attitude!
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Keen technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
- Current NT Driver's License (manual)
