Exciting opportunity for an experienced “Identity Governance and Control Senior Analysts” for these two newly created positions. Primary focus of this role is to monitor and improving of IBAL risk position with regards to the Identity and Access Management (IAM)controls and ensuring the Australian entity remains within the risk appetite set by Policy, standards and framework and aligned with3 lines of defense and Global IAM.
What you’ll do …
- Work with our risk partners to drive and maintain IAM controls and guidelines.
- Manual user access provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Work with ING business and IT stakeholders to facilitate key audits for SOX, CAS, KCT.
- Provide Identity related services during the key ING reviews and certifications (SOLL/BRR/OLM/NPA).
- Enablement, on boarding and maintenance of IT assets and Business Roles into the IAM Control environment and supporting governance services (SailPoint/CyberArk/FAM/EPM).
- Work with the 3 LOD, Architect, Engineering/Devops team to mature the IAM controls.
- Manage and facilitate workshops with internal and external auditors.
- Demonstrated Identity Access Management governance experience and skills.
- Experience in highly regulated entities preferably APRA regulated.
- Experience in SailPoint, CyberArk, IdentityIQ or other Identity management software skills.
- Hands on experience in effective communication with team management and senior management.
