Location - Parramatta
Temporary Full-time to October 2024, with possibility of extension
Clerk Grade 9/10 ($120,859 - $133,183 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The role will work with the Access and Control lead to deliver the program initiatives and deliverables in relation to Security with extensive SAP security, identity management, and role definition experience particularly from an ERP integration perspective within a range of prior significant ERP implementations, will provide independent, analytical, and strategic input to the system user access control, leadership, and advice within the PaTH program. They will use their expertise in the Integration area to ensure technical developments are designed, built and tested using best practices and comply with PaTH Standards and Guidelines.
The primary focus of this role is to develop an architecture view and provide leadership and direction to the Technical team to help realise the PaTH initiatives, Strategy and framework for use by the Systems Integrators and Agency stakeholders for the collateral and coordinate related activities around it.
What you'll do
As part of the Technical, PaTH Program team you will -

• Enabling SAP Security and Access Control Framework in consideration of BAU and Project changes
• Enabling delivery and review of Security changes and fixes for all Business Services systems.
• Management of application related resources supporting the SAP Security Framework
• Ensuring Segregation of Duties is enforced and in effect across the SAP systems.
• Own the SAP Security and Access Controls function and ensure its effective design, delivery, operation, management including financials and improvement to meet the business needs.
• Ensure Security and Access Control Processes as defined are adhered to as per Audit requirements.
• Management of Audit and User Access Reviews.

What we're looking for

• Carries a high level of autonomy in setting own priorities, and those of any staff/project staff supervised, in alignment with management.
• Maintains a degree of independence to develop a suitable approach in managing the workload, as well as that of supervised staff, and provision of advice and recommendations as well as input to the development of relevant systems, frameworks, team planning and projects.
• Determines own actions undertaken, within government and legislative policies, and for ensuring quality control in the implementation of own, and any staff supervised, workload.
• Ensures recommendations are based on sound evidence.
