Identity Specialist - Full Stack Developer

I am looking for a Full Stack Developer on a long term contract ( up to 18 months!) to come and join a large governement organization!
The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) project is a key initiative in the Customer and Digital program. The project aims to establish a master identity management solution for customers by creating a verified profile for the customers that will be used to log into over 20 customer facing applications. This will replace the need for separate logins and registrations, simplifying the customer experience and improving overall satisfaction.
The Full Stack Developer will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with the project team to ensure a flexible and iterative approach to development. This approach allows for continuous improvement and the delivery of customer value within the CIAM project.
Core Deliverables:

• Collaborate with the technical team to map, analyse, and document business and technical processes for the CIAM project.
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions that support the CIAM project, primarily on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Contribute to the development life cycle and perform definition and feasibility analysis, plus lead and contribute to the technical and platform design of new solutions.
• Prepare test data and functional specifications for the CIAM project.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to the development of new services, plus the operational support of services already in production.
• Identify potential process improvements and contribute to service development based on architecture guidelines and frameworks.
• Maintain transparent, timely communication within the project team.

Competencies and Skill Level:

• Proven experience developing on the Microsoft Azure platform, especially with .Net Framework.
• Proven experience developing using DevOps pipelines and automation.
• Proven experience with authorization (especially roles-based) solutions.
• Experience in developing with Azure Active Directory and Azure B2C is desirable.
• Experience working in a whole-of-government Digital Identity ecosystem, including knowledge of the Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Desirable:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Java, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
