Welcome to the newly formed iHeart Product and Growth team! Here you will be centre stage of iHeart’s content strategy. This mean’s you will inform the editorial curation and distribution of our amazing content. Take the reigns on our social channels, our websites & app, generally the way we speak to audiences. You are a tastemaker and excellent curator of our incredible podcast library, talent, hosts and are always delivering the best method to make these incredible moments and stories.

This is a role to really make your own, and we’re looking for a self starter with a passion for podcasts and audio to grow our content and social media footprint to deliver more amazing content to Australian audiences.  If this sounds like you, let’s chat!

About The Role:


  • Lead the content curation of iHeart’s website and app to drive content consumption and engagement across our diverse audience set.
  • Strategize, create & execute iHeart’s content marketing campaigns. Ensure each campaign is driving towards iHeart’s key KPIs (app installs, cume, downloads, registrations).
  • Report and measure campaign effectiveness with an attribution framework across all marketing formats for campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to produce, write, edit and post articles, videos, photos, playlists, graphics and media content that aligns with identified content pillars, current and growth audiences.
  • Overarching management of the iHeart social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Including capitalizing on social trends and reporting.
  • Identify iHeart content to syndicate across ARN’s Superbrands ( KIIS, Pure Gold, iHeart) where relevant.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and demonstrate best practise in content marketing attribution and acquisition strategies to secure iHeart KPI’s across all brands and audiences.
  • Collaborate with our Superbrands and external podcast app editorial teams to surface key content that drives users to iHeart.
  

About You:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Video shooting, editing and knows their way around digital design.
  • Experience managing social media channels for brands.
  • A passion for podcasts, music, & audio content.
