About The Role
The Immigration Lawyer is integral to securing positive outcomes for our clients. With them no two days are the same. This is your opportunity to work in one of the most complex areas of law whilst changing lives every day.
Broadly speaking, your duties will include:
Provide accurate, relevant advice and assistance to clients with respect to visa options and eligibility
Create and maintain client relationships
Drafting Labour Agreements
Preparing, collating, and lodging visa applications
Dealing with next steps in cases of visa refusals and RFIs
Managing and monitoring applications with immigration authorities and skills assessment bodies
Be responsible for managing your own caseload with the support of Administrators
About You
The key skills and behaviors that make a truly great Immigration Lawyer, and what they are looking for are:
A passion for helping people and changing lives

A law degree and admittance to practice within Victoria with a minimum of three years PQE
Sound technical knowledge with respect to current Australian immigration law and policy
Prior experience (at least three years) as an Immigration Lawyer, ideally working with Employer Sponsored Visas
A high level of attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting deadlines
Experience managing a large caseload with a number of deadlines
