Immigration Lawyer

Our business is expanding even further, and we are currently seeking several Immigration Lawyers to join our team in Melbourne and play a critical role in expanding our business.

At Gold Migration Lawyers, our focus is on protection and partner visas and AAT-related work for the same. We are also involved in dealing with visa cancellations and citizenship matters. 

THE ROLE:

This is a dream role for a driven Immigration Lawyer. Both senior and junior positions are available (no immigration experience is required for the junior candidates).

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: 

• Experience in successfully conducting face-to-face consultations with clients seeking migration advice
• Must have strong ethical values and strong character with self-discipline
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
• Experience lodging visa applications via immi account
• Able to autonomously manage your own files from start to finish
• Hungry to advance your career long-term with a highly successful firm with like-minded professionals who love what they do
• Have a genuine care and passion for the cases that you will be managing
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Commercially savvy and with strong business acumen
• Able to prioritise your workload and have superb time management skills
• Demonstrate strong work ethics
• Technologically savvy, comfortable working across various software systems

Lawyers with no immigration experience are also encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Monday to Friday
