We are a busy specialised Immigration Law firm and require an additional experienced receptionist to assist at Front of House on a Full time basis. The candidate must have prior experience in reception duties within a law firm or a professional setting, possess strong customer service skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
The ability to multi task, problem solve and work well under pressure is a must. The role is supported by a team of paralegals who are trained to assist where necessary.
The role has fixed days of Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Greet and assist all clients and run through process with new clients
External telephone calls
Manage appointment bookings
Payments and receipting
Setting up meetings and coordinating catering
Open new matters in firm client and accounting databases
Stationery and kitchen duties and other adhoc tasks
Competent Microsoft Applications skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) required. Experience in LEAP is highly advantageous.
The successful applicant will be well presented with a professional phone manner. Previous experience in a similar (reception or administration) role preferred, and experience in a legal firm or professional services organisation will be looked upon favourably or someone studying law.
