ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an inspiring and passionate individual to join our Foundation team as an Impact Coordinator (part time, 4 days per week). You will play an important role in the Foundation as the custodian and champion of the data and stories that show we are creating a world where every young person can thrive. You will work closely with our teams to collect data and make sure it is all stored in our Microsoft system accessible to the people who need it. You will use your curiosity and problem solving skills to analyse data and share it with our team to improve the performance and continuous learning across our projects. We will look to you to provide data and evidence of impact for teams to show the impact of their support, and inspire our team and customer. You will regularly monitor progress against our five year plan to ensure project activity is achieving the desired impact and outcomes. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Involvement in community work or development projects.
- Previous success using IT systems/tools and the establishment of digital systems.
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Experience or education in data analysis and measurement for development projects would be an advantage.
