Join our team at Ringwood Family Relationship Centre (FRC) where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting families through all stages of their relationships, including during separation. As a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), you'll conduct assessments and facilitate sessions with separating and separated parents, focusing on the best interests of the children involved as defined in legislation.You'll have the opportunity to provide assessment and mediation relating to financial and property matters, assessing suitability and ongoing needs, conducting risk assessments, and engaging support or specialist services as required. This role also includes assisting with intake and facilitating general information sessions, with the chance to co-facilitate the Parenting Orders Program Group.At Ringwood FRC, you'll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide a suite of services to our clients, including counseling and child-inclusive practice.
