Contact Details: recruit@vba.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsTake the next step in your career with this fantastic opportunity at VBA!The role of the Senior Advisor works closely to support the Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of the VBA through a range of activities, during a time of transformation to ensure the operational aspects of the CEO are delivered.The role will produce high quality papers, documentation, briefings and presentations within a fast-paced environment.You will also collaborate and work closely with Executive Directors across a range of matters ensuring governance and stakeholder engagement priorities are being met.If you have a passion for doing great work in a fast paced forward thinking organisation; his fantastic role provides you with an opportunity to make a difference.To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders, being responsive to their needs and expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills, including attention to detail.
• Understanding of VBA and Government processes and systems.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for generating workplace innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and take responsibility for initiating outcomes.
• Tertiary qualifications in public policy, law or a related field is highly desireable
