About the role
Working in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, this role will be responsible for the smooth, effective, and efficient implementation of the Sentral Software. Leading projects from end to end, you will manage all aspects of large, complex deployments, working closely with schools to ensure the process is seamless and they are getting the most out of the software.
You will also:
- Guide and influence best practice in the implementation practices of applications and software within a vendor environment;
- Assist and influence the ongoing development of processes, tools, and skills within the team identifying key opportunities for continual improvement;
- Leading the project delivery of our implementations including enterprise and large school deployments;
- Implement major internal projects for Sentral;
- Establish a co-ordinated Project Management Office for Internal and External Projects;
- Collaborate with the sales and development teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
- Align our software strategically to support clients' business goals and objectives.
About you
You are an innovative, organised, and consultative Project/Implementation Manager with exceptional communication skills. You excel at managing multiple components simultaneously in a practical manner, ensuring an excellent customer experience. You are a natural problem solver and negotiator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
You will also bring:
- 3 + year’s experience in a technical implementation role;
- Consultancy experience within a vendor environment;
- Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and ability to apply these to unique client requirements;
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows;
- Excellent consultation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Proficient in SQL, with the ability to perform complex queries involving multiple tables and subqueries;
- Experience with ELT tools (e.g., Tableau Prep);
- Experience implementing SSO as a service provider, including familiarity with SAML and Azure AD.
