What does a Implementation Project Manager do every day at Go1?

• Overseeing the end-to-end management of projects, from inception to launch.
• Managing a portfolio of Implementation Projects, reporting on key milestones, and ensuring project progress with internal and external teams.
• Leading projects through all stages of the lifecycle, including kick-off, planning, execution, testing, and sign-off.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and identifying, documenting, mitigating, and escalating risks.
• Assisting with content selection and curation to meet customer's learning program needs.
• Delivering training to stakeholders on Go1's products and guiding them through integration configuration.
• Designing and presenting API solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Serving as the first point of contact for implementation-related escalations within the assigned region.
• Ongoing improvements to the processes and artefacts used by yourself and the implementation team to improve quality and efficiency.
• Assisting with assigning new customer and partner projects to the Implementation team.
• Monitoring and actioning post-implementation customer requests in alignment with internal SLAs.
• Leading pre-sales efforts in the region for accounts under $100K or as requested by the pre-sales team.

About you

• 2-5 years of experience in Implementation Project Management, preferably within the software or technology industry.
• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of Implementation Projects and reporting on key milestones.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with changing priorities.
• Driven to achieve positive outcomes for partners and customers.
• Fluency in Malay is preferred but not required for this role.
