About us
We are a long established machinery imports and sales agency supplying machinery and spare parts to Australia's largest manufacturers. We work in a team environment and the person we seek will be learning all aspects of our importing procedures and general office tasks. The person appointed must be flexible and a general all rounder.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience with Xero and Dear Inventory is advantageous.
- Excel spreadsheet must be high level.
- Administration experience especially in an Importing environment. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a small team environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English required.
Tasks & responsibilities
- We require a person to play a key role in providing support to our busy sales staff and management
- Price calculations and quotations for Spare parts and Machinery, extensive use of Excel is required.
- Processing of invoices payable
- Invoicing customers
- Preparing Itineraries and travel arrangements
- Preparation of sales/marketing campaigns
- General office admin duties
- We are looking for a person with strong administrative, communication and computer skills and a whole lot of initiative!
