We are looking for a highly organised and motivated person for the role of Accounts Payable and Administration Clerk at our head office based at Cohuna. This is a part time role, working two 7.6 hour days per week, which can be flexible on setting. Duties include:
- General Accounts Payable processing and Administration
- Supplier reconciliations and enquiries
- Relief reception tasks including greeting office visitors and answering and forwarding phone calls
- General administrative duties
- Document preparation using Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
The successful applicant will be friendly with excellent communication skills and a professional manner. You will need to have efficient time management skills and show attention to detail with your work. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines are key aspects to this role.
