Succession Legal is a well-respected boutique law firm that practices in Wills & Estates and Conveyancing.
This position within our company is as a receptionist, and providing administrative support to our lawyers, as well as assisting other staff as required. The role incorporates general administration and office duties.
You will be required to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, be well organised and have the ability to manage your duties while greeting clients and managing phone calls.
It is important that you have a “can do” attitude, a willingness to learn and a flexible approach to undertaking your duties. This position requires the upmost confidentiality outside of working hours, as well as discretion and sensitivity when meeting with our clients.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Phone and email interaction with clients, staff and third parties;
- Diary Management
- Daily filing, attending to mail, scanning and photocopying of documents;
- Other Administrative tasks, as required.
To be considered for this role, it is desirable that you have:
- Some previous experience, in an office environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good attention to detail;
- Effective communication and time management skills;
- Ability to work with guided supervision both independently and as part of a team
- Computer competency in Microsoft programs.
