Senior Administration Clerk
Aspect Tree Management specialises in tree care for government and commercial clients throughout Melbourne, broader Victoria, and South East Queensland. We currently employ around 80 full-time staff across operation depots in Geelong VIC, Bayswater VIC, Ardeer VIC, and Mount Cotton QLD.
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our growing business in the role of Senior Administration Officer. This position would be based out of our office in Ardeer with regular visits to our depots in Bayswater and Geelong to build a working relationship with the operational team there.
We are a fast-growing company that is focused on using technology to improve our systems and efficiency, so a good understanding and experience using different systems is important. We are backed by Summit Open Space Services who have a large administration team in Sydney and provide additional support where required.

Your Responsibilities Would Include
- Facilitate monthly reporting for multiple council clients
- Enter/interpret data to generate reports/graphs
- Financial reconciliation, invoicing, and cost tracking
- Training and compliance
- General correspondence, data entry, filing, admin & record keeping
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding of new employees and equipment
- Contract management support
- Oversee weekly payroll
- Facilitate EOM files
- Minute taking for council contract meetings
- Other administrative tasks as required by the needs of the business
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Self-starter, can-do attitude, able to use initiative and enjoys working autonomously (and as part of a team)
- Minimum of 5 years' administration experience
- Excellent level of computer literacy (Excel and/or Numbers, Word and/or Pages minimum)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experience working in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
