Key Responsibilities
- Daily handling of all aspects of Import Air & Sea Cargo shipments
- Invoicing clients and reconciling supplier invoicing
- Work with Forwarding, Customs and Transport departments to ensure smooth transition of cargo from aircraft/vessel to clients door
- Contact clients, agents and shipping companies, other freight forwarding companies and customs/quarantine bodies to ensure smooth transition of cargo from aircraft/vessel to clients door
- Compile monthly reporting ensuring financial and operational KPI's are met
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in freight forwarding industry
- High competency in handling import shipments via air & sea cargo
- Experience in invoicing
- CargoWise knowledge is preferred
