As part of the Craig Mostyn Group, V&V Walsh Meat Processors & Exporters is a state-of-the-art dual species meat processing facility based in the Southwest of Western Australia.
The role

Job Description:
- Prepares and reviews all the required export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Generate and maintain records of export related expenses, freight costs, custom duty's, insurance costs to provide accurate cost analysis and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments and to obtain all certification requirements.
- Answering phone calls and emails as required
Essential knowledge and skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in export and advantage but not essential.
- Intermediate or above skill in Microsoft Office - Excel
