To support their growing organisation, they are seeking a highly skilled and organised Executive Assistant to join the team in Malaga.
The role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for organising and scheduling meetings, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless procurement processes, serving as the first point of contact by answering all incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
Your day-to-day duties will see you handle administrative requests and queries from senior management, including booking travel arrangements for WA and international locations. You will undertake market and supplier research and present your findings to the CEO. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and managing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as needed.
Your additional duties will include:
- Ordering office supplies
- Acting as the first point of contact for inbound calls
- Liaising with IT and external contractors
- Managing the CEO's emails
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Sales team
You will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with suppliers across the globe.
