Work as an Improvement Lead - Data Insights & Analytics with a leading Consulting firm on one of their established Melbourne based projects.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Use structured methodologies/processes i.e. Six Sigma (Green Belt/ Black Belt) to identify and implement improvement initiatives. Establish project plans, monitor progress, and coordinate team activities.
- Identify areas for improvement, analyse processes and workflows.
- Experience in identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
- Experience in problem solving, familiarity with data-driven decision-making. Have the ability to analyse project data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Lead and manage teams through, address resistance to change.
- Establish key metrics to track improvement initiatives, monitor progress and adjust strategies.
- Coordinating and engaging with stakeholders from various departments or teams.
- Must have prior experience working with Telco operations.
- Familiarity with Telecommunications industry processes, infrastructure, and stakeholders would be valuable.
