Form of workWe are currently seeking a talented technology lawyer for a successful US multinational renowned for its resource management expertise. The role will be based in Melbourne but will see you support the APAC region.
You will have approximately 4-8 years PQE in IT/Technology Law, particularly software licensing, supply, delivery, and SaaS agreements. You will have gained this experience from working in a leading law firm, as well as in-house. Your excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen will enable you to provide support to the APAC business including, regional sales and service teams.
Reporting directly to the head of legal, you will play a pivotal role in advising on a variety of commercial transactions. You will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including software license, service provider, support service, and SaaS agreements. Additionally, you will be responsible for advising on Data Privacy and providing training to the sales and service teams.
