As a Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will report to a dynamic Legal Director and play a crucial role in ensuring the legal integrity of our high-value contracts and partnerships within the Health Sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing, overseeing, and providing legal advice on competition and consumer law.
- Offering legal counsel to various healthcare teams on projects and initiatives.
- Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify legal and commercial issues and risks.
- 8 - 12+ years of PQE as a Commercial Lawyer.
- Strong expertise in Contract and Consumer Law, with exposure to Privacy Law.
- Experience within a reputable Australian or international law firm.
- In-House experience in an ASX-listed organization with a consistent work history.
- Regulated industry experience will be well regarded.
