We are looking for a strategic marketer with innovative ideas, entrepreneurial mind set and strong customer focus.Join an exciting, fast-paced, and high-profile team driving the marketing strategy for our leading Haematology portfolio. You will partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to lead, develop and implement marketing strategies for current and pipeline indications.To be successful in this role you will build and maintain relationships with the cross functional team to collaborate on strategy and identify key priorities.Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the cross functional development, execution and tracking of strategic and tactical plans
- Responsibility for development of short term and long-term product plans to deliver brand competitiveness and sustained market positioning
- Understand stakeholder expectations and develop partnerships with medical organisations, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, clients and other enterprises to support Haematology
- Collaborate with the internal team (eg. Medical, Sales, Patient Experience, Customer Experience, Corporate & Government Affairs, Market Access) to optimise solutions for stakeholders that support Haematology
- Monitor and analyse market dynamics, performance indicators and financial reports to identify opportunities to maximise the brand and portfolio.
- Responsibility (with Business Information colleague) for forecasting
- Consistent track record of success in Specialty pharmaceuticals 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing
- Strong strategic marketing ability
- A leader in Omni channel marketing execution
- Ability to work cross functionally within a matrix organisation
- Highly curious with strong customer-centric problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver
- Excellent communication skills; and a collaborative, results-orientated style and approach
- A willingness to champion innovation with passion and tenacity
- Haematology or Oncology experience desirable
- Relevant degree-level qualifications - science, communications, business/commerce (an MBA or further qualifications will also be highly regarded)
