We have accountability for Term Loan Products, BizExpress Platform, Asset Finance, Working Capital Finance, Property Finance as well as managing the end-to- end business customer experience.Do Work That MattersAs the Senior Product Manager, you will work in the Term Loan Crew (TLC) Decide Squad, and you will be responsible for shaping and delivery of simplified policies and procedures for Term Loan Products (BBL & MRL) in consultation with our Frontline and Risk colleagues.Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Review and conduct analysis of current Business Lending credit policies and procedures for Term Loan Products and identify opportunities for improvements and simplification, including opportunities for automation where appropriate.
- Drive credit policy and procedure changes by proposing to governing forums and senior leadership via business credit papers and verbal presentations.
- Lead the development of credit policy and procedure change roadmaps and engage with stakeholders/business units to manage delivery.
- Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations
- Act as the voice of the customer and business and translate this for the team.
- Driving continuous improvement activities, and use your experience to identify and use the opportunity to address thematic issues emerging in complaints and incidents.
- Support team metric improvements i.e. team health, agile maturity in partnership with Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters.
- Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work.
- Maintain a healthy and prioritised backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- With 5+ years of relevant experience in frontline business banking, credit risk, management or similar role, financial services, product management and/or process improvement.
- Sound understanding of business credit, deal origination, risk and strategy.

- Proven success in leading and executing a defined product/process strategic roadmap.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication

- Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities. Success in the role requires the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
- Strong problem solving capabilities – are motivated and be comfortable with investigating and providing recommended options/solutions to complex problems and technical nuances.
- Experience in regulatory requirements and compliance/risk policy in system/process design/implementation;
