About the role

  • Answering/making calls, responding to enquiries and working to resolve issues through exceptional customer service
  • Holding quality conversations, identifying opportunities to review our range of financial products and services, ensuring we meet the individual financial needs of each of our members
  • Actively participating in regular coaching and team meetings
  • Contact Centre operating hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays so you will need to be able to work shifts during our opening hours.
  
What will you bring?
Along with excellent communication and customer engagement skills you will ideally possess:
  
  • Extensive customer service experience with a passion for exceeding customer expectations within an outcome focussed customer service environment
  • Experience in Banking/Financial Services environment, including insurance preferred.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, willingness to learn and adaptability to change
  • Demonstrated ability to work under time pressure and with multiple systems
