Reporting into a down to earth leader with years of experience and expertise in the sector, they require a switched on, compliance driven individual who will add value with how quickly they pick up systems and processes as well as their customer centric focus.
Your Role:
Reporting into the Customer Experience Manager, your role will involve:
- Answering inbound calls (high volume)
- Updating customer details
- Verifying customer identities
- Data Entry
- Processing payments
- General Administration
Your Profile:
You will pride yourself on your clear communication and customer centric approach. You will work well in a compliance driven environment and have high attention to detail. You will pick up new systems and processes quickly and have a sense of urgency with your work. You will have experience working in a high volume and data privacy centric environment.
To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available and open to a temporary contract for 4 - 6 weeks - possibly longer.
Note: This role is based in Manly and on-site from 8.30am - 5pm Monday through Friday so you must be available during this time.
