We are recruiting for an Inbound/Outbound Sales Officer to join our Business Development Centre. The Business Development Centre (Hub) is the heartbeat of Frizelle Sunshine Automotive. What started out as a contact centre in 2013 has now progressed to a multifaceted business that is in a league of it’s own! What we do:

Contact Centre: The voice of the business - managing inbound & outbound calls, sales enquiries, internet leads, emails, live chat, customer retention, customer service. Currently a Multi-channel contact centre soon to undergo a digital transformation to Omni-channel.

Sales Events: Sales extravaganzas, Titans NRL activations, Sanctuary Cove Boat Show & Magic Millions in-person brand promotion just to name a few.

Learning & Development: Automotive Training Academy, Automotive Sales Trainee Program, Automotive Service Advisor Trainee Program, Certificate & Diploma study opportunities available until 30 June.

Frontline Customer Service: Audi, Ferrari, McLaren / Aston Martin & JLR Concierge, relief Sales Representatives, relief Service Advisor Trainees.

Quality Assurance: Frontline & contact centre QCM coaching frameworks.

What you will be doing:

  • Action & convert phone and internet sales leads into quality appointments for our sales showrooms (warm leads only)
  • Interacting with customers across phone, email and live-chat platforms
  • Meet and exceed pre-defined sales targets and KPI’s
  • Promote and sell the benefits of purchasing through Frizelle Sunshine to our customers in a charismatic, engaging way
  • Performing Account Management style functions
  • Administration, reporting and other ad-hoc office functions as required

What we are looking for:

  • Energetic, self-motivated and money hungry sales superstars
  • Proven sales experience (inbound or outbound) and the ability to meet sales targets and KPI’s
  • Determined to exceed customer expectations
  • Growth mindset
  • Experience using sales scripts and other sales tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, corporate office environment
  • Intermediate PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A desire to present yourself in a corporate fashion
