Working in our sales team
Working as part of our sales team you will be the first point of contact for our future customers. Assisting our customers in understanding our products and providing the right policy for them.
- You will work with our customers via telephone to position great products relevant to their needs
- You will be part of a fun, team-based call centre environment where you get the best of both worlds, enjoying time with your team in the office and time at home
- You will achieve your individual KPI's and contribute to your teams' targets
- You will work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between our core hours 8am - 8pm
What you will bring to the team
We look for people who show empathy, compassion and can build great rapport with customers whilst delivering a positive customer experience. You don't need to have experience in a similar role, we'll help you succeed.
