Our Inbound Customer Sales Representatives are the first point of contact with prospective customers and existing members who want to purchase, enquire about or amend their NRMA Roadside Assistance membership. Your primary focus will be to ask effective questions to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions that will add value to our members' lifestyles.
