We are seeking a dedicated Incident Management Officer to support and monitor our Incident Management System, RiskMan. In this role, you will collaborate with the Multicap leadership team to identify, report, and implement corrective action plans, ensuring compliance and enhancing safety and quality practices. What will you be doing? Conducting data analysis of incidents reported through the Incident Management system, ensuring correct data entry, classification, and compliance activities within specified timeframes. Managing the incident email inbox by promptly responding to or distributing emails. Ensuring compliance with NDIS Reportable Incidents timeframes by collaborating with responsible managers.
