We are seeking a dedicated Incident Management Officer to support and monitor our Incident Management System. In this role, you will collaborate with the Multicap leadership team to identify, report, and implement corrective action plans, ensuring compliance and enhancing safety and quality practices.
What will you be doing?
- Conducting data analysis of incidents reported through the Incident Management system, ensuring correct data entry, classification, and compliance activities within specified timeframes.
- Managing the incident email inbox by promptly responding to or distributing emails.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS Reportable Incidents timeframes by collaborating with responsible managers.
- Analysing the on-call system to ensure all identified incidents are submitted through the Incident Management System.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve Safety and Quality management and customer safeguarding.
Flexible hours and occasional after-hours work may be required.

What will you have?
- Relevant experience, skills, and knowledge in WHS and Incident Management.
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
- Capacity to manage competing demands, work to deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to support stakeholder relationships and build rapport.
- Positive attitude towards people with disabilities, aligning with Multicap Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

- Current Driver Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or be willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)– or be willing to obtain
- We require all our team to be fully up-to-date with the COVID-19 vaccinations
