The diversity function is part of the wider People and Inclusion Team. As the Inclusion Advisor, you will coordinate diversity and inclusion activities for all employees. You will feed into the overall inclusion vision and strategy and ensure that those principles are embedded across the organisation to instil a culture where our diverse workforce feels safe, valued and appreciated.
Part of the role will be to identify opportunities and implement initiatives that promote inclusion and diversity not only RPV but aligning with our fellow Major Transport Infrastructure Authority colleagues and the Department of Transport.
About you
You will be able to juggle a diverse array of activities and collaborating to ensure outcomes are achieved. You'll have experience in coordinating a wide range of diversity and inclusion initiatives and thrive on the opportunity to design and implement new plans and strategies. We're looking for someone who has passion for the subject matter and can relay that through programs within our workplace.
