The Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Legal & Group Secretariat (L&GS) Controls Office enables the business’ success through sustained risk management and enhancing culture and capability.
We are responsible for supporting the business to implement and maintain an effective operational risk and compliance management infrastructure across MCA and L&GS. We achieve this through providing risk management advice on business process and change initiatives and assisting the business to design and implement an effective controls environment.

Your Impact:
As a Risk &Control Advisory & Delivery Analyst you will be accountable for:
Supporting the Controls Office to report on NFRC and other forums.
Maintaining Business profiles in Risk in Sight (RiS).
Assurance activities related to our environment.
Risk and Compliance based activities such as:
Control Testing
Supporting Risk in Change (RiC)
Update and advise on Self-Assessment and Compliance Assessments
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
A risk mindset with a demonstrated understanding and knowledge of Operational and Compliance Risk frameworks.
Strong interpersonal, influencing and consulting skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A curious mindset with the ability to use judgement and think critically using data driven insights.
The ability to apply the ‘should we’ test that ultimately delivers positive customer outcomes.
