As a Supplier Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing and advising on multi-party agreements throughout the contract lifecycle from pre-contract to post contract execution, assisting with the incorporation and implementation of governance frameworks designed to support vendor performance and risk management, and resolving commercial disputes with favourable outcomes.
You will shape and negotiate complex legal agreements, commercial structures, and risk mitigation controls to drive successful business outcomes for Optus, with their primary focus on strategic suppliers within the Indirect and IT categories of spend.

- Degree or equivalent experience qualified in a business/commercial, field.
- Proven experience in contract and vendor management at middle/senior management level
- Experience managing complex contracts, across legal, risk, performance and financial aspects
- Demonstrated analytical thinking with the ability to conceptualise and create alternatives
